UFC 276 Parlay

The most anticipated UFC event of the summer will take place this weekend in Las Vegas. UFC 276 will feature Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski defending their championship belts, and beloved fighters like Robbie Lawler and Sean O’Malley will be in action too. This event should be spectacular and will draw huge numbers on Fourth of July weekend.

UFC 276 will take place on Saturday, July 2, 2022, from T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The prelims will start at 8 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN+ before the PPV gets underway at 10 p.m. ET.

UFC 276 Picks

Israel Adesanya by Unanimous Decision Over Jared Cannonier +185

The Last Stylebender is a heavy favorite by the UFC betting odds against Jared Cannonier in the main event on Saturday night. Israel Adesanya is 22-0 as a middleweight in his career, and he has held the UFC Middleweight Championship for almost three years. Four of Adesanya’s last five fights have gone the distance, so this is a great opportunity to take the champion at plus odds.

Cannonier needed some time to find the right division to compete in with the UFC. He didn’t find much success at Heavyweight or Light Middleweight, but he is 5-1 as a Middleweight. We have seen Cannonier earn knockouts in four of his five victories in this division, yet it’s hard to imagine him knocking out Adesanya. The champion has a longer reach and can keep the challenger at bay with his leg kicks, so he won’t find it easy to get inside.

Max Holloway +170 vs. Alexander Volkanovski

Will the third time be the charm for Max Holloway? Alexander Volkanovski won the two previous meetings between these fighters. Volkanovski won a convincing unanimous decision in the first fight, but many thought that Holloway won the rematch although he lost by split decision.

The key for Holloway will be to avoid the front leg kicks from Volkanovski that have hampered him in the past. That was how Volkanovski won the first two fights, but Holloway is now confident that he can get inside on the champion. Holloway has the youth advantage, and he has a good chance of knocking out Volkanovski.

Sean O’Malley -290 vs. Pedro Munhoz

There aren’t many fighters that have the same WOW factor as Sean O’Malley. He has a ton of knockout power for a Bantamweight, and 11 of his 15 wins have come by knockout. His lone loss was against Marlon Vera at UFC 252 two years ago, but he has since responded with three bonus winning performances. In fact, O’Malley has claimed either a Performance of the Night or Fight of the Night bonus in each of his last six wins.

Pedro Munhoz has lost four of his last five fights. He was once considered one of the top Bantamweights in the UFC, but it feels like his career is winding down. Munhoz will turn 36 in two months, but he has not been knocked out in his career. O’Malley will look to change that.
