2023 ARIZONA CARDINALS WIN PREDICTION
There was so much hope for the 2022 Arizona Cardinals that they agreed to be NFL Films’ second ever in-season Hard Knocks franchise. Obviously, that was a huge mistake as the Cardinals season went off the rails early just like their 2021 predecessors, the Indianapolis Colts.
Quarterback Kyler Murray, fresh from signing a controversial contract that inadvertently spilled the beans on his game film study habits, was lost for the season in Week 9 and the team wrapped the year 4-13, ending on a seven-game losing streak that got Kliff Kingsbury and all his assistant coaches shown the exit.

Arizona Cardinals 2023 Odds
2023 NFC Championship Odds: +7500
Team Wins: Over 4.5 (-120), Under 4.5 (-110)
There isn’t a single game on Arizona’s schedule where, at this point, they’ll be favored this season. That’s including their Nov. 11 match up with the Houston Texans. Kyler Murray will be out, at least the first 10-12 weeks of the season. Reportedly, there’s a real chance Murray doesn’t suit up at all in 2023 and you can’t blame the Cards for holding him out. This is a full tank season for Arizona and they’ve already leaned into it, cutting DeAndre Hopkins in the offseason. Just this week, the Cardinals traded for Cleveland Browns back up and former Pittsburgh Steeler Joshua Dobbs to “compete” with Colt McCoy and the other QBs sucking up precious oxygen inside their team facility.
It’s entirely reasonable to think Arizona could go 0-17 in their current shape, but that should be impossible with even a modicum of professional coaching. I do believe, until he proves me wrong, Jonathan Gannon is a professional coach.
2023-23 Win Prediction: 3-14
