CRAZY NFL PARLAY: WEEK 16

Because of the specialized nature of the NFL schedule this week, we have just 10 games with which to build our Crazy Parlay, but I feel like I’ve crafted something special for you in the Christmas Parlay Brewery tanks.

Just because we have fewer options, doesn’t mean we have no options and this is just the time of year to catch a good team stumbling in a meaningless inter-conference game or get caught looking to their final division match ups of the season next week.

As always, we’re not just spit balling these parlay picks based on the biggest moneylines and plus money plays. No, we want to utilize what I like to think of as the NFL’s chaotic predictable unpredictability to turn the price of a Triple Baconator meal from Wendy’s into a brand new Honda Civic.

Some of you are probably looking at my Crazy Parlays and building your own, less insane payoffs, but ones you feel are more likely to hit. Frankly, I’ve done the same, but hear me out on this one. Because you might just have a kid about to turn 16 and nothing would make that birthday sweeter than tossing them the keys to a brand new Subaru Impreza.

Here are my selections for your approval;

Steelers +118

Jaguars +305

Falcons +420

Cowboys +127

Titans +155

Browns at Jets under 47.5

Giants at Ravens over 43.5

Panthers at WFT under 42.5

If you’ve already checked out the Friday Afternoon Quarterback, then you already know I like the Steelers and Jaguars to pull off their upsets this week. It’s the others I need to talk us into.

The Atlanta Falcons might be the hardest case to make against the Kansas City Chiefs, but can you see a scenario where a KC team, that plays down to its opponent every week, finally falters against a non-conference opponent in a game they don’t need to clinch anything? As for the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Philadelphia Eagles, we’re all enamored with Jalen Hurts, but even counting the QBs, Dallas has a significant talent advantage. That might overcome their coaching disadvantage, especially now that it can screw up Philly’s chance at the postseason.

In my Sunday Night Football Preview, I picked the Green Bay Packers to beat the Tennessee Titans, but there’s plenty of reasons that game could flip, up to and including just that Tennessee might be the better team.

With your totals, you have a Washington Football Team reeling from off the field problems and a Carolina Panthers team looking to sim to the end of the season. There’s just no way the New York Jets play well two weeks in a row and the Baltimore Ravens run up the score against inferior opponents. They might score 43 all by themselves.

A $10 bet on this parlay pays $18,293.62 and if you nail that, you can give your teenage daughter the loaded Volkswagon Jetta of her dreams and become a TikTok star in the process.
