Rodgers, Hall, Jets Face the Best in the West, 49ers on MNF

Monday Night Football could be a preview to Super Bowl 59 (come on, it could happen) as the
Jets take on the 49ers. Big expectations on both sides of the ball as San Francisco looks to
return to the Super Bowl while Aaron Rodgers tries to get New York back into the playoffs for
the first time since 2010.
Player Prop Best Bets
Aaron Rodgers: Over 236.5 Passing Yards (-115)
Aaron Rodgers returns after suffering a season ending injury in Week 1 last season. You know
he’ll be jacked up to get this going. Rodgers has a plethora of weapons around him and will
want to show that a torn Achilles isn’t going to slow him down at age 40. Expect A-Rod to air it
out and should go over this number.
Breece Hall: Over 62.5 Rush Yards (-115)
Breece Hall finished last season on a tear racking up 357 rush yards and four total TDs in his
final three games. And two of those games came against the Browns and Patriots, who had
solid run defenses but Hall ripped them to shreds. The 49ers were ripped by the running game
in the playoffs giving up 108 yards to Aaron Jones and 138 rushing yards to Jahmyr Gibbs and
David Montgomery. Many expect Hall to contend for the top rusher in the league and he’ll kick
off the season with a big game against the Niners.
Breece Hall: Anytime TD (+110)
If we expect Hall to have a big game, why not throw some money on him reaching the end
zone. It totally makes sense as he is the Jets best weapon and he should get a majority of
plays inside then ten. At plus money, it’s a no-brainer on Monday Night Football.
Christian McCaffrey: Anytime TD (-188)
Christian McCaffrey is automatic when it comes to scoring touchdowns. He scored 26 last
season and had at least one score in 16 of 19 games played, including the playoffs. He’s
always a lock to score and should get into the end zone in the opener, even if the odds are
short.
Game Betting Odds
New York Jets +3.5 (-105)
San Francisco 49ers -3.5 (-115)
Total: 43.5
Prediction: Jets +3.5 (-105)
The 49ers have had a drama-filled offseason. Star WR Brandon Aiyuk held out for a new
contract, left tackle Trent Williams wants a new deal too and a week before the season starts,
rookie Ricky Pearsall was shot in an attempted robbery. This game opened at Jets +5.5 but
sharps jumped on the points. The wise guys feel the Jets keep it close.
