Week 14 NFL ATS Power Rankings 17-32

32. CHICAGO BEARS (3-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 32

The Bears have covered once in their last eight attempts and are the owners of the lowest cover percentage in the league. An easy choice for the bottom of the rankings.

31. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (3-7-2)
WEEK 13 RANK: 30

That’s three straight ATS losses for the Chargers, including a straight-up loss to Denver as 4.5-point favorites. A trip to Jacksonville awaits in the Chargers’ fourth straight game away from home.

30. NEW YORK GIANTS (3-8)
WEEK 13 RANK: 27

At this point, the Giants are getting crushed on a weekly basis with their only cover in their last five games coming against the 32nd ranked Bears.

29. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (4-8)
WEEK 13 RANK: 25

An ATS loss to the Dolphins isn’t the end of the world, but losing outright as 10.5-point favorites? It’s a miracle the Eagles are still in contention for a division championship.

28. ATLANTA FALCONS (4-8)
WEEK 13 RANK: 26

It seems the Falcons have fallen back to earth after an improbable streak of three straight covers. After failing to cover twice in a row, they’re nearly back where they started. 

27. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (4-8)
WEEK 13 RANK: 31

In the last two weeks, the Buccaneers doubled their season total of ATS wins and covered in back-to-back weeks for the first time. A third straight cover could vault them up the rankings.

26. CLEVELAND BROWNS (4-7-1)
WEEK 13 RANK: 23

Just when it seemed like we could potentially trust the Browns, they lose to a team they had little trouble with just two weeks ago. Next up is their first of two meetings with the Bengals, who are fresh off their first win of the season.

25. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (5-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 21

With four straight losses (both straight-up and ATS) the Jags are one of the coldest teams in the league. Gardner Minshew is back in the starting lineup, which they’ll hope will give them a boost when the Chargers come to town.

24. CINCINNATI BENGALS (5-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 29

Andy Dalton’s return also meant the Bengals’ return to the win column. They’re still the favorites for the number-one pick and they’ve covered in two of their last three, so things are looking up.

23.WASHINGTON REDSKINS (5-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 28

The Redskins have a two-game cover streak for the second time this season. The bad news is they face the Packers this week, who are much closer to the top spot in these rankings than Washington.

22. NEW YORK JETS (5-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 20

It was the Jets who were the Bengals’ first victim of the season. It’s hard to think of a worse way for their three-cover streak to come to an end. Their rematch with the Dolphins, who also got their first win of the season against the Jets, is next.

21. DETROIT LIONS (5-7)
WEEK 13 RANK: 24

The Lions finally ended their six-game ATS losing streak with a cover against the 32nd-ranked Bears. With David Blough penciled in as Detroit’s starter for the rest of the season, it’s fair to wonder how many more covers they’ll get.

20. OAKLAND RAIDERS (6-6)
WEEK 13 RANK: 17

The previously hot Raiders have failed to cover in three straight and were the victims of two straight blowout losses. They’re still just one game back of a Wild Card berth, so we should see their best effort against Tennessee.

19. CAROLINA PANTHERS (6-6)
WEEK 13 RANK: 16

Carolina had a rough November, then kicked off December with a loss to Washington. Outside of Christian McCaffrey, there isn’t much to get excited about. This week they’ll face the Falcons team that beat them 29-3 in Week 11.

18. MIAMI DOLPHINS (6-6) 
WEEK 13 RANK: 22

The Dolphins jump back into the ATS win column after a two-week absence. Despite most of their talent out the door for one reason or another, they continue to be feisty. Their second meeting with the Jets is next.

17. MINNESOTA VIKINGS (6-6)
WEEK 13 RANK: 12

After Monday night’s loss, the Vikings have one cover in their last five games. Fortunately, the next two weeks feature matchups against teams ranked lower than them (Lions, Chargers) so a return to form is in play.
