For now, we\u2019ll have a virtual one Saturday that will pit some of the finest horses ever against each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NBC To Broadcast Virtual Kentucky Derby With All-Time Greats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NBC will be broadcasting a special event on Saturday that pits the 13 Triple Crown winners against each other. Known as the Kentucky Derby: Triple Crown Showdown, this will be a virtual race created by Inspired Entertainment. They\u2019ll be using data algorithms and historical information to portray the horses as accurately as possible to their reality. That\u2019s what makes this race so intriguing. To no one\u2019s surprise, Secretariat \u2013 viewed as one of the greatest horses of all-time \u2013 is favored to win the race. As part of that broadcast, we\u2019ll eventually see the virtual race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tiz The Law Favored To Win 2020 Kentucky Derby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s worth noting that the 2020 Kentucky Derby has been moved to September 5<sup>th<\/sup> but we don\u2019t have dates for the Preakness or the Belmont yet. At any rate, the current betting odds indicate that Tiz The Law is the favorite to win the Run for the Roses at +600. However, Charlatan, who is right behind at +700, could be in the favorite\u2019s role by Monday morning. That\u2019s because the 2020 Arkansas Derby will be run on Saturday and Charlatan is a heavy -220 favorite. The three-year-old colt is trained by Bob Baffert and has won his first two races. With a good showing at this Grade I race, he could move ahead of Tiz The Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking of Tiz The Law, he\u2019s the current Kentucky Derby favorite because he\u2019s won four of his first five races so far. His lone miss was a third-place result at the Kentucky Jockey Club (G2) in November. Since then, though, he\u2019s won the Florida Derby (G1) and the Holy Bull States (G3).
