The Thieves are 5-1 in their six matches over the last two weeks, and they have won five straight games after an opening loss to Immortals. That has this organization thinking of its first domestic title and a trip to Worlds, and they will have a barometer match on Friday against defending champions Cloud9 to see how far along they are in their goal.

2021 League of Legends LCS Summer Split Week 3 Betting Odds

Cloud9 -333
Evil Geniuses +233

Cloud9’s decision to bench Zven at the start of the Summer Split surprised a lot of observers. The LEC and LCS champion was seen as one of the stars of C9, but internally the team felt they were better positioned with K1ng going forward. K1ng has repaid their faith by leading the team with a 7.0 KDA, and he has looked great on KogMaw, Senna, and Ezreal.

Meanwhile, new Evil Geniuses’ bottom laner Danny has struggled to make his mark. He has a 2.7 KDA and a 52.4% kill percentage per Games of Legends, and there isn’t a lane for this team to really play through given the struggles of Impact and Jiizuke. There’s a reason Evil Geniuses almost always falls short against the best teams, so Cloud9 is the pick although they are a sizable favorite.

Team Liquid -400
FlyQuest +272

Speaking of surprising substitutions, it was a bit of a head scratcher to see Jenkins play over Alphari after Team Liquid’s first match. Liquid had brought in Alphari as their import top laner from Europe, and he was expected to be a crucial part of the team’s title dreams. Liquid is 3-2 with Jenkins, but there are other concerns than just their top laner.

That gives FlyQuest a decent chance to pull off the upset. They are 3-3 in the Summer Split, and they have knocked off Team SoloMid and Evil Geniuses. While this team isn’t great, they shouldn’t be this much of an underdog to a Liquid squad that has underachieved.

Team SoloMid -233
Immortals +169

We saw Immortals come crashing down to Earth last weekend after a perfect Week 1. They lost all three of their matches as opponents figured out how to counter some of their compositions. Insanity wasn’t as strong in the mid lane, and this mediocre bottom lane played up to that standard.

Their struggles will continue against TSM this week. They have a good read on the meta, and PowerOfEvil and SwordArt have been playing very well. That makes the favorites the right pick at this price.

Dignitas -278
Golden Guardians +198

It turns out Dignitas knew what they were doing when they benched mid laner Soligo for Yusui. Although they went 1-2 last week, Yusui played very well on Lulu, and he now has a 4.7 KDA. However, he has to find an assassin pick he is comfortable on as he did not look good on Akali.

Golden Guardians are likely to finish at the bottom of the standings along with Counter Logic Gaming. This team is a cagey upset pick sometimes, but they typically need to be more of an underdog to back them.

100 Thieves -400
Counter Logic Gaming +272

The Thieves are looking like the best team in the LCS. FBI and Abbedagge are playing extremely well in the bottom lane and mid lane, and Huhi has been a huge success at support. Closer continues to improve in the jungle, and there isn’t an area where you can say CLG has an edge.

CLG is a team full of veterans past their prime. The organization hoped that they could squeeze one more year out of players like Broxah, Smoothie, and WildTurtle, but they have all looked out of their league. Finn is a bit of a bright spot with his damage numbers, but 100 Thieves has to be the pick in this match.

Follow our Twitter account for the latest sports news and wagering odds, and come to our Instagram for more useful betting info too.

Through the first two weeks of the LCS Summer Split, 100 Thieves have been the best team in the region….

[140

post-17585","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-esports
["GET
