It\u2019s a rematch of last year\u2019s AFC Championship and a possible preview of this year\u2019s battle for conference supremacy. The Buffalo Bills bring their high powered offense to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs and their equally deadly scoring unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buffalo ended last season watching the Chiefs celebrate an AFC title, falling 38-24. The Bills, not content to be runners up, spent the offseason trying to catch Kansas City, not only with a handful of roster additions, but locking down quarterback Josh Allen with a new long term contract. Now it\u2019s time for the rubber to meet the road against a Chiefs team that\u2019s stumbled early, comes in at an unexpected at .500 and with their backs against the wall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As two of the original AFL franchises, the Bills and Chiefs are not strangers. This will be their 51st<\/sup> meeting with Kansas City claiming two straight and five of the last six meetings between the two franchises. The Bills hold a 26-23-1 advantage in the all time series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buffalo comes into this game after basically a bye a week ago thanks to a 40-0 win over the hapless Houston Texans. Josh Allen finished the game 20 of 30 for 248 yards, two touchdowns and a pick. Devin Singletary and Zack Moss split 28 carries evenly, with Singletary tallying 79 yards and Moss adding 61 and a score. The Bills defense sacked Davis Mills three times, picked him off four times and held the Texans to just six first downs and 109 total yards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KANSAS CITY<\/strong> CHIEFS (2-2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chiefs got an overmatched Philadelphia Eagles team at the right time, beating them 40-30. Patrick Mahomes continued his recent interception streak for the third game, but tossed five touchdowns to make up for it to go with 278 yards. Clyde Edwards-Helaire carried the ball 14 times for 102 yards and Tyreek Hill hauled in 11 passes for 186 and three scores. Kansas City\u2019s defense continued to be atrocious, giving up 30 points to keep their season per-game average of 31.25 intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE PICK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Buffalo has looked impressive since dropping their season opener to the Pittsburgh Steelers, but outside the Miami Dolphins in Week 2, the opponents haven\u2019t been especially strong. Kansas City simply can\u2019t afford to take a loss here, even with a defense that\u2019s laid out the welcome mat to every quarterback in the NFL. I see a shootout and I see KC hanging on to take it. This time. Chiefs 45, Bills 40<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
