Kirk Cousins opened the year playing at an elite level, but can\u2019t seem to do it week to week. Dak Prescott, on the other hand, has likely already locked up the NFL\u2019s Comeback Player of the Year award and is in the mix for MVP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Massive Point Spread on Buckeyes Worth Taking? | Penn State vs Ohio State Predictions | Betonline\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AwRuZGJctfk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of the more storied non-divisional rivalries in the NFL in spite of this just being the 33<sup>rd<\/sup> time they\u2019ve faced off. Seven times the Vikings and Cowboys have met in the postseason and twice it was in the NFC Championship game in 1973 and 1978. Minnesota won the 73 NFC title and would go on to lose Super Bowl VIII 24-7 to the Miami Dolphins. Dallas won the 78 game before falling 35-31 in Super Bowl XIII to the Pittsburgh Steelers in one of the greatest ever played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DALLAS<\/strong><strong> COWBOYS AT MINNESOTA VIKINGS (+1, O\/U: 55)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> US Bank Stadium, Minneapolis, Minn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Broadcast:<\/strong> NBC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kickoff:<\/strong> Oct. 31, 8:20 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DALLAS<\/strong><strong> COWBOYS (5-1)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dallas comes into this game off a bye, but still not entirely healthy as Dak Prescott\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/32496931\/dallas-cowboys-qb-dak-prescott-wants-play-vs-minnesota-vikings-not-fully-my-decision\">calf strain might force him to sit out the game<\/a>. Two weeks ago the Cowboys knocked off the New England Patriots 35-29 in overtime. Prescott threw for 445 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Ezekiel Elliott rushed 17 times for 69 yards and CeeDee Lamb caught nine passes for 149 yards and two touchdowns, one of which won the game in walk off fashion. Dallas\u2019 defense picked off Mac Jones once, forced a fumble and sacked him twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MINNESOTA<\/strong><strong> VIKINGS (3-3)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like the Cowboys, the Vikings too enter Sunday night\u2019s match up off a week\u2019s rest. Kirk Cousins was on fire against the Carolina Panthers, completing 33 of 48 for 373 yards and three touchdown in a 34-28 victory. Dalvin Cook rushed 29 times for 140 yards and a score. Adam Thielan caught 11 passes for 126 yards and a TD. Minnesota\u2019s defense sacked Sam Darnold four times, picked him off once and forced two fumbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE PICK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Prescott can\u2019t go, the drop off to Cooper Rush is obviously significant. Even with Dak playing and not 100 percent, Dallas could be in trouble here. They\u2019ve had issues stopping everyone this season and Minnesota has the offensive roster to give them real issues.
