I’ve added a fourth game to our weekly highlights and picks. Is it cheating? Hey, I get to make the rules here and, if I continue screwing this up, just bet the opposite of what I tell you do and you’ll still make some cash.

Below are my hand selected NCAA football games of Week 6, with the odds, lines and totals for which to make watching them much more fun and profitable. No Colorado this week again because, hey, you’ve got to win to make the highlights, Coach Prime.

LSU AT MISSOURI (+5.5, O/U: 64)

Location: Memorial Stadium/Faurot Field, Columbia, Mo.

Kickoff: Saturday, Oct. 7, noon, ESPN

No. 23 LSU (3-2, 2-1 SEC) gets a chance to bounce back from a shootout loss shocker to Ole Miss last week, 55-49. Jayden Daniels put up monster numbers, going 27 of 36 for 414 yards and four touchdowns with no picks. He added 15 rushes for 99 yards and a TD. He’s probably not a Heisman Trophy danger this year, but this kid could be a favorite next year. Logan Diggs had 101 yards and two scores on the ground. Brian Thomas, Jr. and Malik Nabers both hauled in eight passes, with Thomas putting it into the endzone three times.

First off, how in the hell is Mizzou ranked? The No. 21 Tigers (5-0, 1-0) just knocked off Vanderbilt 38-21 last week, and you know, fine. Brady Cook was 33 of 41 passing for 395 yards and four touchdowns against the worst team in the SEC. Luther Burden III caught 11 passes for 140 yards and two scores. Theo Wease, Jr. hauled in 10 for 118 yards and a score.

I hope the Tigers enjoyed their time in the Top 25. It’s wrapping up Saturday afternoon. LSU 44, Missouri 23

OKLAHOMA AT TEXAS (-6.5, O/U: 60)

Location: Cotton Bowl, Dallas, Texas

Kickoff: Saturday, Oct. 7, noon, ABC

This is a big one for 12th-ranked Oklahoma (5-0, 2-0 Big 12). They are rolling, but this is their first real contest of the season. Last week they obliterated Iowa State, 50-20. Dillon Gabriel was 26 of 39 passing for 366 yards, three touchdowns and a pick. He spread the ball around to 10 different receivers and not a one of them went over 100 yards. Hard to take away a weapon, when the QB makes everyone a weapon.

No. 3-ranked Texas (5-0, 2-0) has played actual teams, specifically knocking off future SEC regular opponent Alabama in Week 2. Oh, and last week they put it to No. 24 Kansas, 40-14. Quinn Ewers was 25 of 35 passing for 325 yards, one touchdown and an interception. Jonathan Brooks rushed 21 times for 218 yards and two touchdowns, so I think the running game is there. Adonai Mitchell caught 10 passes for 141 yards and a TD.

This one is always a classic and, luckily, we’ll probably get to keep it on the regular schedule when both schools move to the SEC next week. I like the Longhorns and the spread, but the Sooners will bring it. Texas 44, Oklahoma 35

ALABAMA AT TEXAS A&M (+1.5, O/U: 46.5)

Location: Kyle Field, College Station, Texas

Kickoff: Saturday, Oct. 7, 3:30 p.m., CBS

It’s not been the year No. 11-ranked Alabama (4-1, 2-0 SEC) usually has, but considering they’ve only dropped one game and it’s to the third-ranked team in the country, I think they’re in OK shape. The Crimson Tide knocked off Mississippi State last week 40-17. Jalen Milroe didn’t have to do much, going 10 of 12 passing for 164 yards, no touchdowns and no picks. He rushed 11 times for 69 yards and two scores. Jase McClellan had 15 carries for 63 yards and one TD.

Texas A&M (4-1, 2-0) has entered their SEC schedule and plowed through it, beating Arkansas 34-22 last week. Max Johnson was 17 of 28 passing for 210 yards, two touchdowns and a pick. Le’Veon Moss had 17 carries for 107 yards. The defense racked up seven sacks.

Oof. You know, Jimbo Fisher owes Nick Saban a solid ass kicking, but you could say that for pretty much every head coach in the SEC, especially guys that used to work for the Sabe-ster. This is the A&M team that should be phenomenal after their recruiting class in 2022. Maybe here, in College Station, it’ll happen. I’m holding my nose and picking them. Texas A&M 41, Alabama 38

NOTRE DAME AT LOUISVILLE (+6, O/U: 54)

Location: Cardinal Stadium, Louisville, Ky.

Kickoff: Saturday, Oct. 7, 7:30 p.m., ABC

No. 10 Notre Dame (5-1) bounced back from a backbreaking loss to Ohio State by defeating No. 17 Duke, 21-14. Sam Hartman was 15 of 30 passing for 222 yards, no touchdowns and no picks. Audric Estime rushed 18 times for 81 yards and two scores. Mitchell Evans caught six passes for 134 yards.

Louisville (5-0) has snuck into the Top 25, specifically at 25 thanks to a perfect start to the season capped with a low scoring 13-10 win over NC State last week. Jack Plummer was a little generous with the ball, throwing two picks, but he did go 21 of 35 passing for 286 yards and a touchdown. They got nothing on the ground, rushing for just 20 yards as a team. Chris Bell caught three passes for 5 yards and a score.

As high as the Irish are ranked, I’m not sure anyone is super pleased with how they’ve been playing. If the Cardinals are for real, this will be their chance to prove it. I don’t think they’ll be in the Top 25 for long, but Notre Dame doesn’t thrill me either. Notre Dame 27, Louisville 20

Last week

Straight up: 1-2

Against the spread: 1-2

Season

Straight up: 4-8

Against the spread: 4-8

Follow Adam Greene on Twitter @TheFirstMan.

Connect with us our socials on Twitter and Instagram for the latest sports news, viral moments, betting odds and the occasional memes.

BY ADAM GREENE I’ve had a few rough weeks in a row, so it’s time to shuffle the deck.
