before losing to Spain in the next round. But the Swiss have been struggling over the last 18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

months. While they lost just one match during qualifying, they also drew 5 games, finishing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

second in the group. They open against Hungary and a result is crucial for them to have any<\/p>\n\n\n\n

chance of advancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Winner: Hungary +650<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After missing 10 straight European Championships Hungary returned to the big dance in 2016<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and 2020. But in seven matches, they managed to win just once, a round of 16 loss in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hungary qualified by winning its group and going undefeated, 5 wins and 3 draws. On paper,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the runner-up spot is wide open in this group. If Hungary can get through, they\u2019d get an<\/p>\n\n\n\n

opponent from Group B, the group of death. That first match vs Switzerland will set the path for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

one of those teams to advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Player: Barnabas Varga<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\u2019s a late developer but Barnabas Varga will be called upon up front. The 29-year old has 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

goals in 8 matches for the national side but has 43 goals in 48 games with club side<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group Winner: Scotland +900<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scotland is making its second straight appearance at the Euro\u2019s and looking to advance at a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

such as Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe, Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku. He also has 7 goals for<\/p>\n\n\n\n
