Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs +550<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The big story in 2023 for the Chiefs, other than winning the Super Bowl was dropped passes by<\/p>\n\n\n\n receivers. Kansas City led the NFL in drop passes with 44 but Patrick Mahomes still finished<\/p>\n\n\n\n eighth with 27 touchdowns and third in completed passes. This season, Mahomes has some<\/p>\n\n\n\n new weapons in speedy rookie Xavier Worthy and veteran Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown who join<\/p>\n\n\n\n the receiving core. If Mahomes’ other receivers can cut down on their drops, he should make a<\/p>\n\n\n\n serious run at leading the league in this category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dak Prescott DAL +700<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Dak Prescott led last season with 36 touchdowns and is poised to better that mark in 2024,<\/p>\n\n\n\n considering his contract expires after the season. He has one of the best deep threats in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n league in CeeDee Lamb and the Cowboys led the league in scoring averaging almost 30 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n per game. Prescott also finished first in completed passes and Dallas didn\u2019t make any big<\/p>\n\n\n\n changes to his receivers so expect another big season from Dak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n C.J. Stroud, Texans +1000<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n After making a big splash in his rookie season, Texans quarterback CJ Stroud is looking for an<\/p>\n\n\n\n even better sophomore season. Stroud found chemistry with the likes of Tank Dell and Nico<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collins throwing for 23 touchdowns and just five interceptions. But Stroud will now have an<\/p>\n\n\n\n even bigger target as Houston acquired proven No. 1, Stefon Diggs. Look for the Texans to<\/p>\n\n\n\n allow Stroud air it out, which could give him a great shot at this title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Longshot With A Shot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars +2500<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Jaguars paid Trevor Lawrence big money (5-year, $275 Million) in the offseason and maybe<\/p>\n\n\n\n that will inspire him to throw more touchdowns. Jacksonville has been throwing the ball more in<\/p>\n\n\n\n each of Lawrence\u2019s three seasons and he should get some help at receiver with rookie Brian<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thomas and veteran Gabe Davis.
