season opener on Thursday Night Football. Patrick Mahomes and Derrick Henry are expected<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The season<\/p>\n\n\n\n before, Mahomes was tops in the league with 5,250 yards. No question he loves to throw the<\/p>\n\n\n\n ball. So let\u2019s look into his production against the Ravens. In four regular season games,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahomes has torched the Baltimore defense by averaging 370 yards while completing almost<\/p>\n\n\n\n 72% of his passes. But when the teams met in last January\u2019s AFC Championship Game,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahomes was just average throwing for 241 yards and one touchdown. And that\u2019s because the<\/p>\n\n\n\n defense did its job forcing three turnovers. Plus, Mahomes didn\u2019t have the most reliable<\/p>\n\n\n\n receivers, who had a case of the drops. Now the Chiefs have upgraded their pass catchers<\/p>\n\n\n\n and with a new look Ravens secondary, Mahomes should find opportunities for big plays and<\/p>\n\n\n\n the MVP favorite could come out guns blazing on opening night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahomes Touchdown Passes Over 2.5 (+147)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In that AFC title game, Mahomes had just one touchdown pass but he\u2019s had massive success<\/p>\n\n\n\n against the Ravens defense over his career. He\u2019s thrown for 12 touchdowns and just 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n interceptions in four regular season games. Another interesting stat for<\/p>\n\n\n\n Henry, in the first game of the regular season, he averaged an eye-popping 125 yards per, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n that includes two season openers where Henry ran for over 200 yards. Barring the Ravens<\/p>\n\n\n\n falling behind early and getting away from the run game, Henry should be a big factor for the<\/p>\n\n\n\n team that led the NFL in rushing last season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Derrick Henry Touchdowns: 2+ Touchdowns (+400)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n No other player has scored more touchdowns than Derrick Henry over the last 5 years, with 70.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And over his career vs the Chiefs, 6 games including playoffs, Henry has 8 touchdowns. He\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n scored a major in all but one game vs KC. And in three of those games, he found paydirt twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And when you break it down further and see how he produced in his first game of the year,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Henry has scored a touchdown in 4 of his 8 season openers.
