Georgia Southern hasn\u2019t won in its last three bowl appearances. The Bearkats were 3-1 ATS as underdogs and won three games outright. Jacksonville State won the Conference-USA championship, but coach Rich Rodriguez is rumored to be a candidate for the West Virginia job. Tulane lost its quarterback, as Darian Mensah is headed to Duke. That\u2019s not ideal when facing the Gators.
