I\u2019m not sure many people saw Taylor Jenkins getting fired from the Memphis Grizzlies coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long thought of as one of the best coaches in the NBA, Jenkins has been dealing with his star Ja Morant playing a total of nine games last season and only 43 of 73 games this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add in the off-court drama of Mr. Morant, and it hasn\u2019t been the easiest job in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only three coaches (including Jenkins) in NBA history have been fired during the season while having more than 40 wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d be shocked if Jenkins doesn\u2019t have another job next year, unless of course he chooses to sit out a season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
