The best on the PGA Tour will make their way overseas to Jeju Island, South Korea for the third edition of The C.J. Cup this week. The third installment of this event will once again feature a large group of those that finished in the Top 60 in the FedEx Cup race a year ago as well as a handful of Korean players. Let\u2019s take a look at the field and see which golfers are the bets bets to win this weekend:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2019: BROOKS KOEPKA -21 The 2017 PGA Championship winner is the obvious favorite this week as one of the few big names that is making a third appearance at this event. The 26-year-old is coming off a T-4th in his first start of the season at the Safeway Open a couple of weeks ago. He has now finished in the Top 12 in seven straight starts dating back to July. At +650<\/a>, the value isn\u2019t excellent but is the closest to a sure thing on paper this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While he didn\u2019t get the start that he wanted at Nine Bridges a year ago, Matsuyama rallied with a 66-69 to close out the final two rounds to place in the Top 20 in the last edition of The C.J. Cup. One of the most consistent golfers on the PGA Tour, Matsuyama registered 14 Top 25 finishes last year, including two third-place results. While he is still searching for that elusive victory, we can trust Matsuyama to at least be in the mix to win this event. He\u2019s at +1800 but a Top 10 prop might make more sense here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sticking with the theme of finding value, Fleetwood stands out as a legitimate contender to win The C.J. Cup outright at +2000 odds. After placing in the Top 20 in each of his final three events last season, Fleetwood is in excellent form heading in to this tournament. He\u2019s shown his outstanding skill set in a pair of close finishes at major tournaments already. While he hasn\u2019t been able to close the way he obviously wanted, the 28-year-old has the type of ball-striking skills to excel at a course like Nine Bridges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n While he isn\u2019t exactly a deep sleeper pick, Woodland deserves a long look as a golfer that could fly under the radar with a decent price tag. A runner-up at last year\u2019s edition of The C.J. Cup, the 2019 U.S. Open champion has shown that he has the skill set to compete with the best in the world. While he didn\u2019t get the job done a year ago, it\u2019s important to remember that he opened the tournament with a 73 before posting an impressive 67-68-63 over the final three rounds. As long as he gets off to a better start this time around, Woodland should be in the mix as a legitimate contender this week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In terms of finding a true sleeper at excellent value, Sabbatini certainly makes sense at 50\/1. He ranks inside the Top 15 in both Par-5 scoring average and sand saves over his last three PGA Tour appearances. He placed in the Top 16 in four of his last seven events last year.
