Having Roberto Bautista-Agut should enable Spain to do what it needs to do, but Russia winning would not surprise many people. Chile doesn\u2019t have an elite singles or doubles player. Germany has the most options and the best path to the quarterfinals from this group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n AUSTRALIA -250 All eyes will be on Nick Kyrgios at this event, and he will surely get a lot of publicity, but Australia\u2019s superior doubles team gives the Aussies the true advantage over Belgium. Australia has the depth and the singles-doubles balance needed to move to the quarterfinals and make a run at the championship. The United States is the only country with more Davis Cup titles than Australia (32 to 28), so this is a chance for the Australians, in a new format, to reduce that gap. <\/p>\n\n\n\n GREAT BRITAIN -250 Kazakhstan and the Netherlands have only one formidable singles player, not two. This means that doubles is where the Kazakhs and the Dutch have to be able to win this group, but Great Britain has been elite in world doubles over the past decade, and its other two nations in this group have not. The Brits are rightly seen as heavy favorites because they won\u2019t lose two singles matches and have the better doubles matchups here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n USA +125 Canada actually seems like the better choice here with its singles talent. Yes, if it gets to doubles, the Americans will hold the better cards, but if the Canadians can go 2-0 in singles, the doubles won\u2019t matter.
