Buffalo is 9-3, but\neveryone is on the Baltimore bandwagon after what we have seen from\nthe Ravens the last few weeks. Lamar Jackson is now the odds-on\nfavorite<\/a> to be named the NFL MVP, and this offense has\nlooked superb against New England and San Francisco. The Patriots and\n49ers have the two best defenses in the league, so Jackson silenced\nall his doubters with his performances in those games. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n McDermott might be\nthe second-best head coach in the league behind Bill Belichick, and\nhe has one of the top defenses in the league too. He\u2019s been able to\nsee what works and doesn\u2019t work against Baltimore these last few\nweeks, and he can keep this one close with extra time to prepare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Taking short road\nfavorites has not worked out this year. Teams that are favored by\nthree points or less on the road have an abysmal record, so stay away\nfrom Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Steelers will be\nstarting undrafted rookie Devlin Hodges, and he is not a great\nquarterback. Mike Tomlin has stated as much by saying that Hodges\ndoesn\u2019t kill the team with mistakes, making it clear that Hodges is\nmore of a game manager than anything else. This team is in the bottom\nfive in offense according to the most recent DVOA Ratings, so it\u2019s\nhard to trust Hodges on the road in this environment. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kyler Murray is\ncoming off one of his worst games of the season. Arizona was thrashed\nby the Los Angeles Rams last week, and the Cardinals didn\u2019t score\nuntil the fourth quarter when it was already 34-0. However, Murray\nand Kliff Kingsbury are proving their system works, as Arizona is\nrated in the top half of the league in offense by most advanced\nmetrics despite having a rookie quarterback and rookie head coach. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n Arizona has a great\nshot to pick up its fourth win of the season, and the Cardinals are a\nlive\ndog at +108 on the moneyline<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Browns have been\na popular selection since this\nline dropped from -8 to -7<\/a>, but the Bengals are a\nbetter team than their 1-11 record indicates. Cincinnati\u2019s\ndefensive line does a good job of creating pressure up front with\nCarlos Dunlap and Geno Atkins, and that could lead to multiple\nmistakes from Baker Mayfield. Mayfield has thrown 14 interceptions\nalready this season, and the Browns don\u2019t have a good offensive\nline. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n \nCincinnati\u2019s offense isn\u2019t as bad with Dalton under center\ninstead of Ryan Finley, and the Bengals have done a better job\nrunning the football in recent weeks too.
