Former\nAll-Universe NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown wants the entire NFL to\nknow one thing; he\u2019s been a real jerk. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On\nBrown\u2019s Instagram<\/a>\nSaturday, the former New England Patriots wide out for all of one\ngame released the following statement;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFirst\nand foremost, I\u2019d like to apologize to my family, friends and\nanyone who I offended,\u201d Brown said, neglecting to mention that one\nof those offenses was allegedly\nraping a former trainer<\/a>. \u201cI never once meant to make\nanyone feel like I wasn\u2019t thankful and appreciative of the\nopportunity that I was afforded to play the game I love.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except,\nof course, when he refused to play without\nhis favorite helmet<\/a>, then threatened to punch Oakland\nRaiders general manager Mike\nMayock in the face<\/a> and, when fined for the threat,\ndemanded\nto be released<\/a>. Other than all that, it\u2019s been cool.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019ve\nworked hard over the years to earn a chance to compete in the\ngreatest game on earth,\u201d Brown continued. \u201cOver the years I was\nmet with challenges and I can honestly say I didn\u2019t handle those\nchallenges in the manner that I should have.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like,\nmaybe ridiculing Patriots owner Robert Kraft for allegedly getting a\nhandy at a Florida massage parlor<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOver\nthe past few weeks I\u2019ve had the opportunity to think about\neverything that\u2019s transpired and I am deeply sorry to all who I\u2019ve\noffended,\u201d Brown went on, presumably with thumbs he didn\u2019t get\nstupidly frostbitten<\/a> by wearing none of the provided\nprotection in a cryotherapy pod. \u201cWhile my behavior was\ninexcusable, sometimes when people are coming at you with false\ninformation and allegations, we handle ourselves in ways that we\nsometimes regret.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One\nof those \u201callegations\u201d Brown is calling \u201cfalse\u201d is that he\nejaculated on Brittany Taylor\u2019s back. Taylor, the aforementioned\ntrainer in the rape accusation, was asleep at the time. The evidence\nfor such a \u201cfalse\u201d claim? Brown\u2019s own\ntexts to Taylor admitting he did it and laughing about it<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So,\nyou know. \u201cFalse.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\ndo take full responsibility for my actions and I\u2019m working everyday\nto repair what I broke,\u201d Brown thumbed as he tears presumably\ndotted the screen of his new iPhone 11. \u201cI do know that if I\u2019m\never given the opportunity to play the game that I love, I\u2019m going\nto work extremely hard to show the world how much I appreciate\nanother chance. To the organizations that I offended, I offer my\nsincere apology to you and my hope is that you forgive me and help me\nmove on from this minor setback. I look forward to competing and\nhelping a team reach their goals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will\nBrown be back in the NFL? Only if Taylor drops her suit and, even\nthen, it\u2019ll probably require a payoff that I\u2019d bet Brown can\u2019t\npresently afford. He doesn\u2019t seem like a guy that\u2019s taken\ngood care of his money<\/a>. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even\nif he did manage to cobble together the cash to silence Taylor, any\nteam that signed him would likely be looking at a #MeToo nightmare\nconsidering, as I wrote earlier, there are texts admitting sexual\nassault. Not the rape allegation, sure, but the whole masturbating on\nan unconscious woman\u2019s back thing isn\u2019t going away. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According\nto Fox\nBusiness<\/a>, Brown and the NFL met last month and the\nleague hasn\u2019t announced any suspension so far, but that\u2019s\nprobably because the case with Taylor is still ongoing. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\nthe meantime, Brown has plenty of time to focus on his rap career. He\njust released a clip of his new untitled\nsingle on his Instagram<\/a> Sunday and, in case you were\ncurious and didn\u2019t want to listen to it, it sounds like a dumpster\nfire of baby diapers full of rotting rat fetuses. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
