PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (4-9)
WEEK 14 RANK: 29

It’s bad enough that the Eagles couldn’t get a cover against the Giants, the 30th-ranked team in last week’s rankings. On top of that, they’ve failed to cover in four straight games.

31. CHICAGO BEARS (4-9)
WEEK 14 RANK: 32

The Bears no longer have sole possession of the worst cover rate in the league thanks to their easy win over the Cowboys. As impressive as that was, they still only have four covers.

30. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (5-8)
WEEK 14 RANK: 25

There was a time in 2018 when those in sports media openly questioned whether Jaguars were trying, most notably after the Week 14 Thursday night game when Derrick Henry’s ran for 238 yards and scored four touchdowns. Fast forward to Week 14 of 2019 and they just lost their fifth straight by double digits to a team that had lost its previous three. They’re in play for the bottom spot next week.

29. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (4-8-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 27

The Bucs followed up two straight covers with their first push of the season. Their loss was in the form of Mike Evans, who is expected to miss the rest of the season. Fortunately for the Bucs, they close the season facing a string of poor pass defenses.

28. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (4-7-2)
WEEK 14 RANK: 31

The Chargers snapped their straight-up and ATS losing streaks with a dominant win over the Jaguars. The good news keeps coming as they’ll finally return to their home stadium this week for the first time since Week 9.

27. NEW YORK GIANTS (5-8)
WEEK 14 RANK: 30

It was a valiant effort by the Giants on Monday night, who didn’t get the win but did cover as 9.5-point underdogs. Eli Manning is expected to make at least one more start before Daniel Jones returns.

26. CINCINNATI BENGALS (5-8)
WEEK 14 RANK: 24

Though the Bengals couldn’t build on their first win of the season, they were at least competitive in defeat. If nothing else, they have to be happy with how Joe Mixon and the offensive line have improved. That could change this week against the Patriots, who have lost two in a row.

25. NEW YORK JETS (5-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 22

The Jets got revenge against Miami and did so without their best offensive player (Le’Veon Bell) and best defensive player (Jamal Adams). They’ll face Lamar Jackson and the Ravens in Baltimore on Thursday night.

24. ATLANTA FALCONS (5-8)
WEEK 14 RANK: 28

For the second time this season, the Falcons dominated the Panthers from beginning to end. They’ve mostly struggled outside of the division this season and they’ll travel to San Francisco this week.

23. DETROIT LIONS (5-8)
WEEK 14 RANK: 21

David Blough’s second start didn’t go nearly as well as the first. The Lions have now covered one of their last seven games. They’ll host the Bucs on Sunday.

22. CLEVELAND BROWNS (5-7-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 26

The Browns are as dysfunctional as ever, but they have three covers in their last four games. They’ll play the Cardinals this week, who have an abysmal defense but one of the best cover rates in the league.

21. OAKLAND RAIDERS (6-7)
WEEK 14 RANK: 20

What a fall from grace for the Raiders. After three straight blowout losses and four straight ATS losses, they could also be without Josh Jacobs for another week. Things aren’t looking up in Oakland.

20. CAROLINA PANTHERS (6-7)
WEEK 14 RANK: 19

The Panthers’ first game without Ron Rivera did not go particularly well, as the game was basically lost by the end of the third quarter. This week they’ll host a Seahawks team that looked comparably bad in Week 14.

19. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (6-7)
WEEK 14 RANK: 23

The former bottom team in these rankings is now the proud owner of a three-game cover streak. The Redskins’ latest cover came against Green Bay, which is an accomplishment few teams can claim. They’ll look to play spoiler this week when the Eagles come to town.

18. HOUSTON TEXANS (6-7)
WEEK 14 RANK: 16

In one of the shocks of the season, the Texans suffered an absolute beating at the hands of the Broncos. As inconsistent as they’ve been over the last month, it’s anyone’s guess how they’ll perform in Tennessee this week.

17. MIAMI DOLPHINS (7-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 18

Miami couldn’t beat the Jets with seven field goals and nothing else, but they did manage to pick up another cover. Take away their disastrous 0-4 start to the season and the Dolphins have been one of the surest bets in the league.

Get the latest NFL football odds and information–follow BetOnline.ag on Twitter!

BetOnline.ag on Instagram–Follow for the latest odds, stats and information!

32.
