16. DALLAS COWBOYS (7-6)
WEEK 15 RANK: 11<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Cowboys lost outright as favorites for the second consecutive week, this time against the previously 32nd-ranked Bears. Perhaps more troubling was the fact that they made Mitchell Trubisky look like he belongs in the Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (7-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 10<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Seahawks are rarely beaten as soundly as they were on Sunday night. They had also previously covered five of six on the road, so the result was certainly a surprise. Seeing as they still control their destiny in the NFC West race, they\u2019ll look to make a statement in Charlotte this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (6-5-2)
WEEK 14 RANK: 10<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Colts picked up a loss and a push in Tampa despite leading by 14 late in the third quarter. They\u2019ll have a much tougher task when they travel to New Orleans on Monday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. MINNESOTA VIKINGS (7-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 17<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Vikings won by 13 as 12-point favorites thanks largely to Detroit\u2019s complete ineptitude on offense. Detroit managed to avoid a shutout by scoring with just 2:09 to play. Things should be a little tougher next week against Philip Rivers and the Chargers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (7-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 8<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It didn\u2019t seem possible at the beginning of the season, but we\u2019re here. The Patriots have lost two in a row and have just one cover in their last five games. At one point the consensus top team in the rankings, they\u2019re just one ATS loss away from potentially dropping out of the top half entirely. They\u2019re nine-point favorites in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. BALTIMORE RAVENS (7-6)
WEEK 14 RANK: 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Ravens covered by the skin of their teeth in Week 14, beating the Bills by seven as 6.5-point favorites. Lamar Jackson was limited in practice this week with a quad injury, which could affect their ability to cover on Thursday night against the Jets. They\u2019re 14.5-point favorites at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. ARIZONA CARDINALS (7-5-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 7<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Arizona was at the top of these rankings just a few short weeks ago, but a push and two ATS losses has them almost out of the top 10. Their 32nd-ranked defense will look to keep the Browns in check before finishing the season in road matchups with the Seahawks and Rams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. TENNESSEE TITANS (7-5-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 14<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Somehow the Titans, a team that once averaged 9.5 points per game over the course of an entire month, have one of the hottest offenses in the league. After what we saw in Week 14, they\u2019re arguably the favorites to win the AFC South. We\u2019ll know soon enough, as the Titans face Houston in two of their final three games. They\u2019re three-point home favorites this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. GREEN BAY PACKERS (7-5-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 4<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Packers were never really close to a cover against the Redskins, but that could mean good news for them in Week 15. They haven\u2019t failed to cover in back-to-back weeks this season. They\u2019ll host the Bears as 4.5-point favorites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (8-5)
WEEK 14 RANK: 2<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Saints were very close to a push against the 49ers, which would have been fitting considering how close the game was. In their final home game of the regular season, the Saints play the Colts on Monday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. DENVER BRONCOS (8-5)
WEEK 14 RANK: 12<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Denver makes a huge leap after a shocking performance. Specifically, they won by 14 (and it wasn\u2019t that close) as eight-point underdogs. If Drew Lock wants to move to 3-0 as a starter, he\u2019ll have to do it in Kansas City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (8-5)
WEEK 14 RANK: 9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Kansas City\u2019s offense isn\u2019t what it was in 2018 (they\u2019ve dropped from 35.3 points per game to 28.5) but they\u2019ve already locked up the AFC West and they\u2019re riding a three-game cover streak. They\u2019re 10-point home favorites against Denver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. BUFFALO BILLS (8-4-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 1<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Buffalo\u2019s cover streak came to an end, meaning they fall out of the top spot. They were competitive, though, and were just half a point from a push. They have another tough matchup on Sunday night in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (8-4-1)
WEEK 14 RANK: 6<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The 49ers bounced back from their brief rough patch to cover three in a row. They\u2019ll host the Falcons this week with the hopes of holding on to the NFC\u2019s top seed. They\u2019re favored by 11.5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. LOS ANGELES RAMS (9-4)\u00a0
WEEK 14 RANK: 5<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Rams team that looked done against Baltimore has two dominant covers in a row. If their offense really is back, that\u2019s bad news for the rest of the NFC. They\u2019ll travel to Dallas in a game that has major playoff implications for both teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. PITTSBURGH STEELERS (9-4)
WEEK 14 RANK: 3<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Three covers in a row have the Bills in the top spot for the first time this season. With no ATS losses since Week 8, the Bills have been the best bet in the league. A matchup with the Ravens could change that, though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
