Here’s part 2

16. CHICAGO BEARS (7-7)

There’s no way the Bears were going to beat the Packers and they’ll lose this week to the Chiefs too, but there’s a solid chance they can spoil the Vikings’ postseason plans in Week 17
Last week: 14

17. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (7-7)

Bruce Arians has carried this team as far as he can with Jameis Winston at quarterback. No need to play it out another year, especially under a franchise tag. Set him on an iceberg and shove it out to sea now that you’ve got the chance.
Last week: 17

18. ATLANTA FALCONS (5-9)

Just when you think the Falcons are done, they go and show that their next head coach will take over a team with some real, explosive talent.
Last week: 24

19. CLEVELAND BROWNS (6-8)

Any hope of a winning season disappeared with a solid bed-soiling against the Cardinals that could have been predicted from outer space.
Last week: 16

20. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (6-8)

Frank Reich maxed out this team with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. There’s no shame in that, but they need to think about trading up in April’s NFL draft to fix that problem.
Last week: 18

21. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (5-9)

The end of Tom Coughlin’s NFL career didn’t come soon enough for Jacksonville. They’ll likely clean house this offseason, but I honestly don’t know if Doug Marrone got a fair shake.
Last week: 26

22. OAKLAND RAIDERS (6-8)

Good news, Oakland. You’ll never have to watch a Raiders game ever again.
Last week: 20

23. ARIZONA CARDINALS (4-9-1)

I was going to say Cards fans need to be patient as Kliff Kingsbury builds up this team to compete in the toughest division in the NFL, but then I remembered there are no Cardinals fans.
Last week: 28

24. DENVER BRONCOS (5-9)

There’s no shame in a loss to Kansas City. For the first time in years, the Broncos might stand pat at QB and see what they’ve got in Drew Lock this offseason. Unless somebody falls to them in the draft of Cam Newton comes free at a reasonable price, that might not be a bad idea.
Last week: 21

25. WASHNIGTON REDSKINS (3-11)

People talk about this being a bad job, but there’s talent there and Dan Snyder’s not afraid to spend money on free agents. The fact that Jay Gruden made it as long as he did, and frankly probably got fired over a video surfacing of him smoking pot and trying to pick up 20-year old women, should make this a nice job to look into.
Last week: 29

26. CAROLINA PANTHERS (5-9)

The post Ron Rivera free fall continues. Two months after Rivera had him playing like a franchise quarterback, Kyle Allen is relegated to backing up Will Grier.
Last week: 23

27. NEW YORK JETS (5-9)

It could have been worse against the Ravens. That’s a team that’s been embarrassing people all year. Criticize the Jets and Adam Gase all you want, but what did you expect to happen?
Last week: 25

28. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (5-9)

The fact that there seems to be no rumblings of Anthony Lynn being on the hot seat is an indictment of the ownership and entire front office of this franchise.
Last week 22

29. NEW YORK GIANTS (3-11)

Eli Manning wraps up his Giants career with a victory over the tanking Dolphins. And with Tom Coughlin out in Jacksonville, there may not be another chance for the future Hall of Famer (yep, I said it) to suit up again.
Last week: 31

30. MIAMI DOLPHINS (3-11)

It’s a bad year for the Dolphins when you openly try, and succeed, in tanking for draft position and you’re still not the worst team in the league.
Last week: 27

31. CINCINNATI BENGALS (1-13)

In every game, at least for a quarter or more, the Bengals look competitive. Can you say the same for…
Last week: 32

32. DETROIT LIONS (1-12)

…the Lions, who haven’t shown up ready to play an NFL football game in two seasons under Matt Patricia. It’s time to cut bait and try again, Detroit.
Last week: 31

Get the latest NFL football odds and information–follow BetOnline.ag on Twitter!

BetOnline.ag on Instagram–Follow for the latest odds, stats and information!

BY ADAM GREENE We continue our arbitrary ranking of NFL teams.
