CHICAGO BEARS (4-11)
WEEK 16 RANK: 32

The Bears repeat as the bottom team in the rankings after another double-digit loss. They had two covers in the first month of the season and two covers since the first week of October.

31. CINCINNATI BENGALS (5-10)
WEEK 16 RANK: 31

After locking up the first pick in the draft on Sunday, the Bengals have a legitimate shot at finishing as the worst team in these rankings as well. They’re hosting the Browns as 2.5-point underdogs.

30. LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (4-9-2)
WEEK 16 RANK: 29

The big win over Jacksonville looks more like an anomaly. With only one cover in their last five games, the only question is if they can remain in the top 30 after Week 17.

29. DETROIT LIONS (5-10)
WEEK 16 RANK: 28

If September didn’t count, the Lions would have a shot at the bottom spot in the rankings. They have one cover since Week 7.

28. CLEVELAND BROWNS (5-9-1)
WEEK 16 RANK: 26

Cleveland’s nightmare season is almost at a merciful end. Despite being favored in 10 of 15 games, the Browns are just 6-9. They’ll try to avoid being Cincinnati’s second victory in the season finale.

27. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS (6-9)
WEEK 16 RANK: 24

Jacksonville’s rebuild is underway after Tom Coughlin’s dismissal. That likely won’t be the only big change the Jaguars undergo before the 2020 season begins. They have one cover in their last seven games.

26. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (6-9)
WEEK 16 RANK: 30

Philadelphia is in the driver’s seat for the NFC East title after their win over Dallas. All they have to do is beat the Giants as 4.5-point favorites.

25. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS (5-8-2)
WEEK 16 RANK: 23

The bad version of Jameis Winston made an appearance on Saturday, throwing four interceptions in a three-point loss. They still managed a push, though. They’ll close the season hosting the Falcons as one-point favorites.

24. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (6-9)
WEEK 16 RANK: 30

The Redskins will finish in last place in the NFC East regardless of what happens this weekend. It’s obviously not good when you’re the worst team in the worst division with an interim coach that likely won’t return.

23. NEW YORK JETS (6-9)
WEEK 16 RANK: 27

The Jets picked up their first cover in three weeks as they threw a wrench into the Steelers’ playoff plans. Still, they’ve had more than a few management issues this season and the organization could look completely different in the coming months.

22. CAROLINA PANTHERS (6-8-1)
WEEK 16 RANK: 20

Will Grier’s first NFL start turned out to be a blowout loss, though it’s all not all his fault since he doesn’t play special teams. He’ll look to have a better showing against the Saints, who are in play for a first-round bye.

21. OAKLAND RAIDERS (6-8)
WEEK 16 RANK: 25

Somehow, the Raiders are still in the playoff hunt. If only they didn’t have such a turbulent offseason. They’ll visit the Broncos this week as 3.5-point underdogs.

20. NEW YORK GIANTS (7-8)
WEEK 16 RANK: 22

Saquon Barkley is back to his old self, though it happened much too late to do the Giants any good. Despite their record, the Giants do have a role to play in Week 17. The Cowboys are counting on them to take the Eagles out of first place in the division.

19. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (7-7-1)
WEEK 16 RANK: 15

The Seahawks’ chances of a first-round bye took a huge hit with their loss to Arizona, but they’ll still win the NFC West if they beat the 49ers at home on Sunday night. Perhaps the bigger story is the return of Marshawn Lynch, who will finish the season with Seattle after Chris Carson and C.J. Prosise suffered season-ending injuries.

18. ATLANTA FALCONS (7-8)
WEEK 16 RANK: 19

Atlanta didn’t quit in the second half of the season, which is probably the best evidence that Dan Quinn should keep his job. Their final game of the season is in Tampa, where they’re one-point underdogs.

17. TENNESSEE TITANS (7-7-1)
WEEK 16 RANK: 14

Despite two straight losses, the Titans are still the current sixth seed in the playoffs. Derrick Henry should be at full strength after the Titans elected to rest him against New Orleans. They’re favored by four against Houston.

Get the latest NFL football odds and information–follow BetOnline.ag on Twitter!

BetOnline.ag on Instagram–Follow for the latest odds, stats and information!

32.
