Red Dog Poker
Red Dog Poker Overview
Red Dog is a simple version of the traditional poker game. Here players place their bets in a pot and the first player receives 2 cards. Players can bet any amount, with the max bet being the full amount in the pot. You draw a third card, and you win your bet if its value is in between the value of your first two cards. If the third card is outside of the two cards or equal to either of the two cards, you lose the bet.
How to play Red Dog
Red Dog is played with a standard 52-card deck. Cards are ranked the same as in poker, with the Ace being the highest value card. Place a bet and your cards will be dealt. The dealer deals 2 upward-facing cards. If the two cards are the same, a third card will be dealt. If the third card is also the same, you are paid 11:1. All other cards result in a push.
If you are dealt the same cards, the result is also a push. If the cards are neither consecutive nor matching, you are given spread of cards that can fall between your two cards. The dealer calls spread and you are given the chance to match your bet with another bet. All wins will be based on the paytable.
