Arizona Defeats San Francisco 24-20 - Recap

DeAndre Hopkins caught 14 passes for 151 yards against the San Francisco defense as Arizona handed the 49ers a 24-20 loss on Sunday at Levi's Stadium.

The Cardinals were a +7.0-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 48.5.

Kyler Murray rushed for 91 yards, while Kenyan Drake added 60 yards in the win. DeAndre Hopkins and Larry Fitzgerald added 151 and 34 receiving yards respectively.

Raheem Mostert rushed for 56 yards for San Francisco, while Jerick McKinnon added 24 yards. Jimmy Garoppolo threw for 259 yards for the 49ers, while receivers Raheem Mostert and George Kittle had 95 and 44 yards respectively.

Arizona outgained San Francisco 404-366 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 29-18 by the Cardinals.

The time of possession battle favored Arizona as their offense was on the field for 31:26, longer than the 28:34 of their opponents.

Arizona heads into a Week 2 battle against the Football Team. San Francisco, meanwhile, will have their next action against New York.
