How do I update my personal information?
In order to update your personal information please contact Player Services providing your account number and details of the information to be changed and supporting documentation, such as a bank statement or utility bill to confirm your new address. Personal information requests with supporting documents should be sent to [email protected].
Where can I see my available balance?
After you log into your account you will be able to see you available balance by clicking on the down arrow next to your name at the top right of the page. You will also see your 'Pending Wagers' and 'Freeplay Balance' here.
