2023 GREEN BAY PACKERS WIN PREDICTION

Aaron Rodgers’ last ride with the Green Bay Packers didn’t quite go as planned. With his favorite target shipped off to the Las Vegas Raiders, Devante Adams, Rodgers had to break in Christian Watson and utilize his old pals Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb.

The results were a losing season, the first under head coach Matt LaFleur, and Rodgers pushing for a trade to the New York Jets in the offseason.

For a team that went 8-9 a year ago with Aaron Rodgers, there’s plenty of good vibes in the media about the 2023-24 version of the Packers, led by Jordan Love. I do not share those feelings at all.

I wasn’t a fan of Love’s when Green Bay drafted him and the action I’ve seen with him on the field leaves a lot to be desired. I’m not invested in Love being terrible. It’s in the best interests of the NFL for the Packers to be good, but I’m just not feeling it. They’ve been lapped by the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC North and outran by the Detroit Lions as well. While Rodgers claimed paternity over the Chicago Bears, Love has yet to file the appropriate paperwork.

The Pack does have a relatively easy schedule, at least to open the season. They could be 2-4 or 3-3 heading into their bye in Week 6, but after that, it’s a murderer’s row all through the rest of October and November.
