CRAZY NFL PARLAY WEEK 13
We’re starting December the right way, by crafting a Crazy NFL Parlay that could turn the money you’re tossing into that Salvation Army Santa’s bucket into a one of those crazy commercials where some moron buys his wife an $80,000 car without telling her and puts a giant bow on it.
You can do that if you win this one. You can live that dream that no human on Earth has ever had.
Here’s what I’ve handcrafted for your betting pleasure this week;
New England Patriots +200
New Orleans Saints +175
New York Jets +110
Tennessee Titans -103
Denver Broncos +140
Carolina Panthers +199
Philadelphia Eagles +140
Green Bay Packers +205
If you’ve read my Friday Afternoon Quarterback, Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football picks articles, then you know I’m already enamored with a few of these “upsets.”
I think that the Denver Broncos will continue their winning ways on the road at the Houston Texans. I feel the Titans will have more than enough on offense, especially with Derrick Henry toting the ball, to knock out the Jonathan Taylor-less Indianapolis Colts. And, lastly, I’m convinced it’s completely ridiculous that the San Francisco 49ers are road favorites against an obviously superior Eagles team. It’s insulting to the defending NFC Champions and the best team in the league.
It’s the other contests we need to talk ourselves into, so let’s get cracking.
It’s been fun watching the Patriots fall apart, but the coaching match up with Brandon Staley is a tad lopsided in the Super Genius Bill Belichick’s favor and it looks like Bailey Zappe is getting the start. Bill might be wrapping up his Hall of Fame career in 2023, but it doesn’t mean he can’t take a guy like Staley down the tubes with him.
The Detroit Lions were utterly exposed last week on Thanksgiving. It could be they have more than a tryptophan hangover when they travel to New Orleans to take on a spunky Saints team.
The Atlanta Falcons’ offense is terrible, but so is the Jets’. The difference could come down to some elite play from New York’s defense and possibly a score. You know Desmond Ridder is itching to toss a pass to his old Cincinnati Bearcat teammate Sauce Gardner. It’ll be just like practice in the old days.
One thing is a near constant in the NFL. When a team fires a bad head coach, they win their next game so the Panthers have that going for them facing a very beatable Tampa Bay Buccaneers team with their own head coach, Todd Bowles, who should already be prepping for a load up in the trebuchet by season’s end, if not before.
Finally, Jordan Love has been on a tear, the Kansas City Chiefs have not looked especially potent all season and the game is at Lambeau Field. The last time KC played at Green Bay, they scored all of 13 points. They’ll need to put up more Sunday night to win this one.
A $10 winning parlay bet on these eight moneylines pays $17,926.00.
