2022 League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational Rumble Stage Day 2 Betting Preview
There will be a lot more excitement surrounding the Rumble Stage of the Mid-Season Invitational than there was for the Group Stage. These matches are set to be more evenly contested even though T1 and Royal Never Give Up are the big favorites by the League of Legends betting odds. G2 Esports is the most likely team to upset the apple cart, but we’ve seen plenty of improbable wins on this stage.
2022 League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational Rumble Stage Day 2 Betting Odds at BetOnline
G2 Esports -222
Evil Geniuses +163
There’s a lot of value in G2 Esports at this price against a team they have already defeated four times this tournament. G2 has not really struggled with Evil Geniuses in any of their four previous meetings, as Danny has not been able to make an impact in the bottom lane. It’s hard to imagine something different playing out now considering these teams are still playing on the same patch.
Royal Never Give Up -1250
PSG Talon +591
The one underdog in the first three games to back is PSG Talon. The PCS champions nearly knocked off Royal Never Give Up one time in the Group Stage, and they have a strong bottom lane with Unified and Kaiwing and a proven top laner in Hanabi.
Saigon Buffalo +1382
It’s hard to imagine T1 ever losing a game to Saigon Buffalo with real stakes on the line. T1 cruised to wins in the first two games between these teams in the Group Stage, and they are clearly better in all phases of the game. Even when Saigon Buffalo has some nice ganks in the early game, T1 has much better rotations and macro and will cruise to a win here.
PSG Talon +117
Evil Geniuses -156
This is an important match for both teams as PSG Talon and Evil Geniuses are likely going to battle it out for fourth place in the Rumble Stage and the last spot in the knockout rounds. The bottom lane will be what to watch in this match as Kaiwing and Unified have been strong for PSG Talon, and the Evil Geniuses need Danny to recapture his form if they are going to be competitive.
Royal Never Give Up +150
These are the best two teams at the Mid-Season Invitational, and this will be the most watched match of the day as Korean and Chinese fans are ready to see their champions in action. T1 is the deserved favorite given their strength, but two-time MSI champions RNG have the best chance to defeat them.
Saigon Buffalo +327
G2 Esports -500
Although G2 Esports are sizeable favorites in this match, Saigon Buffalo have given them problems in the past. VCS teams have a history of flummoxing Western squads, so that might make the underdog worth a wager here.
