Kel’el Ware Emerges as NBA Rookie of the Year Favorite

Another week, another new NBA Rookie of the Year favorite.

We should rename it “The Award No One Wants To Win”.

Ware opened after the draft at 50/1. He stayed that way until he went off the board on December 2. He was added back on the board on January 20 at 66/1.

And he has gone down almost every day since. He went 25/1 on Jan. 21, then 9/1 on Jan. 22, 4/1 on Jan. 23 and 5/4 (+125) on Jan. 24.

Today, Ware sits at +180 (9/5).
