CRAZY PARLAY: NFL DIVISIONAL ROUND AND NCAA NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Summary

This final Crazy NFL Parlay combines NFL playoff games with the college football championship, aiming to turn a small bet into nearly $10,000. The selections include the Buffalo Bills winning a high-scoring game against Denver, the San Francisco 49ers winning a low-scoring game in Seattle, and the Houston Texans winning a defensive battle in New England. It also predicts the Chicago Bears covering against the Los Angeles Rams in a high-scoring affair and the Indiana vs. Miami game going over 47 points. The parlay hinges on the 49ers pulling off a moneyline upset, doubling the potential payout based on coach Kyle Shanahan’s strong playoff history.

There’s a solid chance this might be our final Crazy NFL Parlay, mainly because there are only so many NFL games left. But, since we can toss in our NCAA College Football National Championship into this one, too, we can still turn the price of a six-inch Mike’s Hot Italian from Jersey Mike’s into a Cub Cadet Ultima ZTXS4 60-inch V-Twin Kohler 7000 Pro Series Zero Turn Mower

If this is your first Crazy Parlay, here’s how it works. I take a look at the spreads, lines, and totals each week and use them to craft the perfect slate of surprises, upsets, but still likely scenarios that, if they all happen together, can buy your girlfriend that conflict blood diamond she’s been dreaming about.

This isn’t just randomly picking upsets and hoping for the best. Perish that thought, sir. How dare you? Entropy is the natural state of the universe, and we are monetizing it, taking the mantra of Any Given Sunday and turning it into cold, hard cash.

Here is what I put together for you this week;

Bills +102

Bills at Broncos Over 46 (-110)

49ers +263

49ers at Seahawks Under 45 (-110)

Texans +153

Texans at Patriots Under 40.5 (-105)

Bears +3.5 (-105)

Rams at Bears Over 48.5

Indiana vs Miami Over 47 (-110)

If you’ve checked out this week’s Friday Afternoon Quarterback, then you’ll know every one of these picks jibes with what I predicted there but one.

I feel like the Buffalo Bills will stride into Mile High Stadium and leave with a solid win over the Denver Broncos in a game where both teams will score points. I think the Houston Texans will do the same to the New England Patriots, but both teams will struggle to put points on the board. I like the Los Angeles Rams and Chicago Bears to team up for an offensive delight as a finale to the Divisional Round, and while I do think Los Angeles will finish on top, the Bears cover the +3.5.

On Monday, I like the Miami Hurricanes to go down swinging against the eventual National Champion Indiana Hoosiers, surpassing 47 points.

And while I have predicted that an injured Sam Darnold and the Seattle Seahawks will survive, but not cover, against a depleted San Francisco 49ers team, that doesn’t get us to where we need to be. If you add that spread and don’t do the Niners moneyline, you get a $4,929,32 payday. That’s still great. But you know what’s better than that? Nearly $10 grand.

Here’s why you should think about it. Every year Kyle Shanahan has taken the 49ers to the playoffs, they’ve made the NFC Championship. In their four previous trips, San Francisco has not lost in the Divisional Round, even on the road. This is Shanahan’s best season coaching in his life. Why not double your winnings on his back? Especially with Darnold hurt?

A $10 winning parley bet on these moneylines, spreads, and totals pays $9,382.68.
